Important: Mandatory Requirements

Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted if the product is damaged and you have an unboxing video as proof. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements are strictly limited to the following condition:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You have recorded an unboxing video showing the damage
  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery

❌ We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • • Change of mind or color preference
  • • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)
  • • Products without unboxing video proof
  • • Products used, washed, or altered in any way

2. Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or replacement requests. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The process of opening the package
  • The product and its condition immediately after opening
  • Any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items
  • The order ID or invoice visible in the video

📹 Video Guidelines:

  • • Record in good lighting
  • • Keep the video continuous (no cuts or edits)
  • • Show the package seal/tape clearly

3. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged product, follow these steps:

  1. Record the unboxing video as per the guidelines above
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via:

    • Order ID
    • Photos of the damaged product
    • Unboxing video (upload to Google Drive/Dropbox and share link)
    • Description of the issue

  5. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund

4. Refund & Replacement Timeline

Once your return request is approved:

  • Replacement: We will ship a replacement product within 3-5 business days
  • Refund: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
  • You will receive email updates at each step of the process
